Returns and Refunds
You may request to return an item for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date you received an item.
To be eligible for a refund, make your request in writing. Your item needs to be in the same condition that you received it. If it is under a manufacturer's warranty, we can assist you in making a warranty claim and are not responsible for product defects. Return the item with all accompanying items and the original packaging and with proof that it was purchased from us.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We reserve the right to decline refunds for items showing evidence of misuse, abuse, or improper return shipping.
When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the earlier of the date you ordered a subscription or started a free trial.
After 30 days, you may terminate any subscription without penalty and without future charges. If you subscribe via PayPal or other, non-credit-card automatic payment method, it is your responsibility to terminate automatic payments. We would like to do that for you but we do not have the power affect your own payment services.
You will be responsible for paying for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are deducted from your refund.
